    3. Responsible to ensure new tools fabricated able to run mass production without interference by carry out trial run, proper adjustment and up grading, grind or modify to improve with their technical skill, able to determine the tools conditions for mass production. Finally, reporting to Supervisor before hand over tools to Production Department.
    4. Touch up with using diamond file, air-grinder or other hand tools to achieve finish parts quality standard as product drawing and fulfill First Article (FA) requirement, which required highly skill to carry out the job.
    5. Able to monitor the tools performance during production. Improvement to be carry out which requested by Production Department in order to achieve higher efficiency of production output and shall not damage to the tools.
    6. Able to guide and perform technical skill to junior tools maker, help to transfer know-how, to complete job within the schedule set by Supervisor.
    7. Able to use QC instruments such as Profile Projector, tool maker microscope, gauges, height gauge and etc to meet quality requirements.
    8. Able to contribute cost down by ensuring no damages on  tools, increase production output with a good performance / quality tools, reduce overtime and spare parts and continuously provide training to the junior tools, reduce overtime and spare parts and continuously provide training to junior tools maker.
